Project Overview

Nestled into a spectacular promontory on the Sea-to-Sky corridor, this rezoning proposes a three building residential development with destination retail and amenity spaces, on a 6.3 acre rugged, hillside site, connected by a dense trail network to nearby outdoor recreation. Approaching the development from a road cut into the hillside, you pass through trees and rock to emerge at the point on a sunny outlook, framed by indoor amenity space, retail, and townhome entries. The buildings are oriented to shape a central plaza on a rocky outcrop, with a café tenant worthy of cycling, running, or hiking to, framing spectacular views across the valley. The community on this hillside is planned to be net-zero electricity with solar power generation, and the buildings are designed with passive features for energy conservation and recovery.
